A week: from Friday 17:00 to Friday 10:00 or from Monday 17:00 to Monday 10:00

The cleaning will be charged at € 150.00, but will be done by us. We ask you to take care of a few basic things:
- Empty the dustbins
- Sweep
- Wash the dishes
Payment:
At the reservation: 50 % of the total amount, the balance should be paid at the latest 3 weeks before your arrival.
The guarantee of € 400 and the compulsory cleaning of € 150 should be paid with the second part of the payment.
At the end of your stay and after the final check, the guarantee will be refunded within one week, if the movable and immovable goods have not been damaged and have been kept clean.
In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the planned stay, no amounts will be refunded.
You will arrive in the centre of Poperinge, but in a very peaceful alley. We ask you to respect the neighbours. Parties of any nature whatsoever are not allowed.
